MISSION STATEMENT To provide creative design and production services for clients in the realms of prop, scenery, event and stage productions. HISTORY Ampa was established in 1985 as an entertainment booking agency. Serving clients’ needs, no matter how large or small, was and is a cornerstone of Ampa. As such, very quickly, Ampa added services such as meeting and event planning. In the late 80's, being responsive to our clients’ lead us to produce events of all types including ones that required the design and construction of our first stage sets. Realizing the market potential, a concerted expansion effort was managed in the nineties which included the procurement of massive amounts of lighting, rigging and a/v equipment and a constant building of props, sets and scenery, both of which continue today. Ampa’s warehouses are full of the tools needed for production services. Our office is staffed with a knowledgeable team to execute clients’ orders and produce creative events. Based in Richmond, VA, Ampa serves local, regional and national clients. Ampa is growing to meet ever increasing demand from great clients all sizes and areas of the our economy. Our service oriented and creative approach to events and scene shop projects has the goal of gaining and maintaining long term clients. We hope to include you as a new and long term client.
