Executive Assistant
An assistant to the president of Ampa Events to support his new business development role, general office and staff management and to facilitate client productions as needed.
Requirements
- Part-time flexible schedule (20-30 hours). Full-time may be available or may develop
- 10 years of administrative experience
- Positive, good humored individual that enjoys working with clients as part of a team and independently
- Excellent organizational skills that can be demonstrated through past employment
- Self-starting
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to act and think independently
- Proficient with most major office software programs
- Not required but a considerable plus: full charge bookkeeping via Quickbooks accounting program
Job Description
- Assist the president with general managerial responsibilities
- Client services
- Scheduling personnel
- Support president's new business development roll
- Assist and facilitate development
- Schedule client meetings for business development
- Ordering/tracking of production and operational supplies
- Organize and facilitate client productions/orders
- Flexibility in type of task and job duties as required by clients.
- Ampa clients are the boss. Our daily activities are determined by the production schedule and client's orders.
Candidate must have a clear understanding of this and be comfortable with changes in priorities per client orders.
Compensation Package
- Part-time $12 to $15/hr
- Full-time $38k plus Benefits
