Sales/Associate Producer

A dynamic position serving clients special event production needs, associate producers will work as part of the Ampa team in serving clients event needs for meeting, theme receptions, trade shows and other events. If you have a positive personality with an eagerness to serve clients in a creative company, this position may be perfect for you.

Responsibilities Include:

1. New business development in assigned territories
2. Handling incoming customer calls from the assigned territories
3. Routing customer requests outside assigned territories to appropriate staff members
4. Working directly with clients to determine and finalize needed items for events including theme decor, lighting, production services, general equipment, etc and management services as needed
5. Administrative tasks associated with client's order
6. Draft proposals and contracts
7. Interact with operational staff as a member of production team to ensure quality
8. Interacting with bookkeeping and management as needed to serve client
9. Attendance at events as needed and required by client
10. Other administrative/office needs

Position may require evening and weekend event work as needed to serve your clients. Associate producers may also act as production managers in the field installing and managing a production Individual must possess a positive, outgoing nature; excellent work ethic and customer service skills; ability to work independently and take initiative. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Applicant must possess computer skills (Mac preferred).

Compensation

1. Full-time
2. Base plus Commission
3. Total yearly compensation may exceed $40K at sales goals
